We have designed our own CRM tool to manage a student's case from end to end, ensuring a smooth transition from application to arrival. This allows our counselors to offer each case endless information on the institution options we offer and how each institution could benefit their future.
We have an onshore office in the USA to ensure that our students continue to be happy and receive support and aftercare upon arrival. In addition to fully trained and multilingual counselors available online and onsite in Bangladesh.
